Waka Shorea the only resort permitted in the park. Unspoiled white sandy beaches, living corals, crystal clear waters and the famous 5 star diving area of Menjangan Island. Elegance and comfort in pristine, natural setting.

Waka Shorea nestles on a protective peninsula, a ten-minute boat ride from the main public area. Twelve bungalows and two villas uniquely designed to exist in harmony with the landscape. A natural setting restaurant and a natural swimming enclosure fringe the wide bay. A comprehensive range of activities tailored to the area, snorkeling, scuba diving, nature treks seeking native deer and the silver leaf monkey and quiet picnic on deserted beaches.

Same style with other Waka resort, you are surrounded by the textures and colours of nature; dressed slate; tiles; smooth unpainted wood; soft homespun fabrics; intricately worked copper; fragrant alang-alang grass roofing; natural bamboo; rough cut stone; flowers and foliage.

DRIVING HOURS FOR CHECK IN TIME
We can not accept a booking for that night if the guest arrives in Denpasar (the airport) after 02.00 p.m. – the drive to the north is at least three and half (3 ½) hours.

The 20 minutes boat trip to the resort must be carried out in daylight for safety/comfort reasons.

We suggest that if the guests arrived after 02.00 p.m., it is better for them to stay at either Waka Maya, Waka Gangga, Waka Di Ume, or Waka Padma.
