Bali Island Villas are situated just a 2 minutes stroll to the Petitenget Temple and Petitenget Beach. Only 5 minutes drive to the heart of Seminyak, Bali’s trendy new address, and only 10 minutes to the vibrant attractions of Kuta, and yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of your Villa. Consisting of 10 luxurious, completely self-contained one-bedroom Villas, the Island Villas are designed for the 21st Century. Sleek, stylishly contemporary and yet like Bali, the Island of the Gods, a spiritual, secluded tropical paradise. Furnishings and artwork are designed exclusively for Island Villas and the décor is modern contemporary.

All Villas are completely private being enclosed by a 2 metre garden wall and include sundecks with a 10 x 2 metre Lap Pool all in a romantic, fully lit tropical garden setting. There is an upstairs open Bale and roof top garden area for relaxing during the day, having a massage in the privacy of your own surroundings, or as a place to entertain or just chill out under the night sky.

All Villas comprise a separate bedroom with King Size platform bed, Walk-in robe and full bathroom. The bedroom, which can be blocked off from the light, is completely separate from the rest of the Villa and has its own ceiling mounted air conditioning unit.

The Villas
All of the 10 Island Villas share infrastructure, and common areas including a lobby, guest reception, management offices, a central kitchen and a stand-by generator. Bali Island Villas offers guests 24-hour security, reception and room service.

Bali Island Villas is fully fitted-out with European quality furniture, furnishings, fixtures and equipment to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction. Each Island Villas enjoys its own private swimming pool with timber pool deck, and a fully landscaped tropical garden. Luxury, privacy, comfort and lifestyle are the key variables that make Island Villas an intimately and romantic vacation for couples, which enjoy the finer things in life.

Bali Island Villas follows the new Bali trend of modern and contemporary design, with a subtle Balinese touch. The architect for Island Villas is Fredo Taffin of Espace Concept Studio Bali, renowned for such projects as KudeTa restaurant, MBargo and Downtown apartments.

Each villa consists of one large bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath for two; one large living and dining area with open kitchen that can be open-air or enclosed and air-conditioned utilizing folding doors that seal tight; a timber sun deck that flows into the extended swimming pool; a lawn that extends into a minimalist tropical garden; and a roof top garden with large open bale. The kitchen and pantry areas feature imported kitchen appliances and marble counters. The roof top has covered living pavilion with day bed and sun loungers, a wet bar and a wine cooler.

Bali Island Villas design features include timber floors, gypsum walls and ceilings, indoor/outdoor bathrooms with mosaic tiles and contemporary bathroom fixtures, sirap roof Balinese style bales, and state of the art audio and visual equipment.

Villa Dining
Bali Island Villas has its own full service ala carte restaurant on premise. The meals are a mixture of Asian and western dishes, designed to indulge the palate. When you stay at Island Villas, luxury and pleasure encompass the food completely. Imagine dining in the privacy of your own villa, on delectable restaurant quality food with impeccable service. The menus are located in your villa.

The bathroom is ultra varying tones of Javanese greystone. Double vanity sinks, double overflow style bath and double shower make this bathroom exquisite.
The Lounge/Dining Area is large and fully functional with seating for four people. A large screen Television with a full home theatre system and supply of CDs and DVDs is a feature of all Villas. A small library of books is on display in the Villa along with many pieces of local antiques and artwork. Additional DVDs and books are available should you exhaust the supply in your Villa. The area is fully air-conditioned or can be opened up to the fresh Bali breeze.
A fully equipped kitchen area complete with modern appliances, 4 Burner gas Top, convention/ microwave oven and utensils. Prepare your own meals using the best that Bali has to offer in local produce, spices and provisions. Or call in your own personal Chef for the evening or have your Butler mix your special cocktail.
A drinking water dispenser and fridge freezer are located in the pantry area.

Villa Service & Facilities
Your own personal Butler is assigned to you on arrival. A Golf Cart will transport you and your luggage that few metres to your private luxury Villa.
Villas are fully serviced and the Maid and Gardening Staff will respect your privacy and will be in your Villa for the shortest possible time or can be called in at any time that is convenient to you.
Laundry and Dry cleaning services are the same day and a full in-house or even in-room ironing service is available, just call your Butler.
24 hour Security ensures your privacy and someone is always there to assist in any way.
The Villa’s driver is available for transport around Bali at a reasonable charge or for just local shopping trips, free of charge.
Cable Television brings numerous channels to your 30-inch Home Theatre System or you may choose to watch a DVD or play a CD.
Use your Laptop without restriction. Broadband Internet is supplied free and the Villa has a “hot point” system for a wireless connection to the World Wide Web.
Your Butler can arrange a massage in the privacy of your villa or venture out to any one of Bali’s fine Spas. Body works in Seminyak is within 200 metres.
Your Butler can also organize a game of Golf, shopping trips, tours or any number of activities. Have you tried White Water Rafting? Travel to mystical Ubud and raft down the Ayung River through some of the most picturesque tropical rainforests in the world. The degree of difficulty of the river obviously depends upon the weather but typically it is a number 3 being a leisurely paddle through forests teeming with bird life, monkeys and other wonders, steep high walled canyons and overhanging trees and flowers touching the reflective waters.
