One beachfront villa with 3 bedroom pavilions , and the other is 2 bedroom pavilions with river views. The unique design of this villa means that it can be booked either as 2 and 3 bedroom villa or can be combined to make a 5 bedrooms villa for the big group. There is a dividing wall between the villas that ensures that if the villa is booked to separate groups then each party remains undisturbed and has full privacy.

THE 3 Bedrooms Villa

The 3 bedrooms villa set on 4,000 sqm land. When you enter the villa, you will find beautiful lotus fish pound and large modern kitchen with full amenities. and adjacent is a 2 stories main building where the open dining with 12 seats and open lounge situated overlooking the garden and the large private pool ( size 5 X 15 meters ) and from the dining there is a stairway leads you up to the second air-condition lounge with sofa , day bed and a verandah that overlooking the garden, swimming pool , the rear of the villa and the ocean.

The first floor lounge is covered by window glass.

The master bedroom with private jacuzzi .

The master bedroom is four-posted king size bed with AC , mosquito net , in-room Safe deposit box , satellite TV , CD stereo player , VCD . and Connected to bedroom is a walk in wardrobe/ dressing area with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub and has own private Jacuzzy and to the side of the bedroom is a wooden verandah overlook the river that run's alongside the property.

Second Master bedroom is Japanese style bedroom with King-size bed.

The 2 Bedroom set on 1,600 sqm land . The Villa consist 2 Balinese thatched roof building. The main building is a 2 stories with large modern kitchen , open plan living and dining overlooking the pool , the garden , the rice-field and the river . Upstairs is private living and verandah overlooking the river , the rice-field and the ocean. The bedroom has twin beds ( 120 X 200 each bed ) which is moveable to Double bed ( king size bed ) and has AC , mosquito net , TV with local channel , CD stereo player , VCD . and Connected to bedroom is dressing area with large modern bathroom with bathtub , shower with hot and cold water. The second building is a single pavilion with king size bed , has AC , mosquito net. and Connected to bedroom is dressing area with large bathroom with bathtub , shower. To the side the bedroom is a wooden verandah overlooking the river and the garden.

The lap swimming pool ( shallow to end ) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings.

The villa well cater by 14 staffs.
They are : Manager , chef , 2 helper , 4 maids , 2 gardener , 2 electrician , pool boy , 3 security.
