Villa Cempaka

Villa Cempaka" is set in its own walled garden with tropical plants, flowers, and a 4 x 8 meter swimming pool. Although located in a very quiet lane in Sanur where the only sounds you'll hear are the birds, this villa offers quick and easy access to all parts of Bali. "Villa Cempaka" is a perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, informality, and privacy.

A drive of about 10 minutes takes you to the beach and many of Sanur's hotels, restaurants and shops. It's about 20 minutes to the international airport and to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants, and night life, and about 30 minutes to Nusa Dua with most of Bali's international 5-star hotels, the Galleria Shopping center, and the Bali Golf & Country Club.

Built in traditional Balinese style with a thatched roof, the villa consists of two separate structures: after entering the private compound through a traditional Balinese door you pass one building accommodation one air-conditioned guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the kitchen and open dining room, and a guest wash room. There is a dining table for 6 guests.

The second building accommodates the open living area overlooking garden and pool, and two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All three bathrooms of the villa feature a large sunken bath tub, spacious warrobes, and an out-door shower.

The living area overlooking the swimming pool is furnished with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs. Both bedrooms in this building are air-conditioned and have a king-size bed and TV sets connected to the satellite TV system for 28 programs including several news and movie channels. The "Master Bedroom" is next to the swimming pool and features a fax machine, a smallish desk with telephone socket to connect your laptop computer, the receiver to control the satellite TV for all bedrooms, and an electronic safe.

There is one direct telephone line (telephone sets in the master bedroom and dining room), and large ceiling fans cool the living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, stove, oven, coffee maker refrigerator, freezer, etc. The house staff includes an expert cook who has been well-trained to prepare delicious Indonesian and even some Western meals.
