Sienna Villas is strategically located in the heart of Seminyak, in walking distance to the area's most popular restaurants and nightlife and the beach. Although it's just 100 metres off the main drag, behind private gates it is a world away. birds chirp in expansive gardens surrounding the pool. Otherwise it's the sound of silence.

Sienna Luxury Villas consist of the Puri Sienna - a four bedroom villa complex and Sienna Villas - 4 separate, 3 bedroom villas.
Puri Sienna Villa features 4 master bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, laid out on a tranquil 2000 square meter oasis featuring two pools.
Sienna Villas feature 3 bedrooms which have recently been completed in a Mediterranean style. The villas are all 2-storey solid brick villas with private pools and are operated on a 5-star basis.

Service and Facilities

Sienna Villas has a team of professional staff on hand. A full-time cook can arrange dinner for in-house guests with 24-hour notice. Our guests find great F&B saving. With the nearby supermarket they can do their own cooking, stock the mini bars with their owns selection or send the staff shopping at cost plus service charge
Other services such as a personal chauffeur or your very own masseuse to soothe all your worries away can all be arranged. Sample food and beverage menus can be provided as well as as guest Preference Sheets. Request forms will also be provided for any special items or amenities - some of which may attract an additional cost.

The luxury bedrooms all include

• Air-conditioning
• International dialing telephones

Two three quarter beds can be made available in TV room adjacent to two of the master bedrooms, adequate for either two children or two adults. This room is air-conditioned. Five star linen and amenities (all sheets and towels replaced daily)

Living / Entertaining Areas consist of :

Main house on lower level comprises of large comfortable couch, full sound system, satellite TV and video CD library
Dining table seating for 16 people; This area overlooks large verandah, garden and swimming pool area
Verandah of main house is paved sandstone and features a round table seating for 6
Located at gazebo is one large dining table accommodating 16 people with separate BBQ facilities, two fridges, full sound system and intercom telephone. This is a wonderful entertainment space situated in the large tropical gardens and grounds of the villa.
The Master Villa features two swimming pools. One large pool measures 20 meters x 3,5 meters in the main garden area.
The second pool measure 10 meters x 2 meters and is located in front of the two master bedrooms and small TV room. This pool is tiled in beautiful jade green stone from Java and surrounded by an entertainment deck.

The rate is valid until 31 March 2011
Rates are quoted in US Dollars, per room per night
