15 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport of Denpasar,
Bali. All Villas are set within their private compound. Each villa
has a swimming pool, private entrance and private garden. IDD telephone.

Term of Payment
Credit card authorization + copy of the card ( front and back
) + passport copy of the card holder sent by fax or 50% deposit ( from
total reservation value) transfer to our IDR bank account within 7 days
of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
* without any charge if the cancellation 30 days before check in date
*Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50% from the total room night
reservation value.
* Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100% from total room reservation
value
* No show will be charge 100 % from the total room reservation value.
High and Peak Season
- High surcharge at USD 50.00 per villa per night on Jul 18 - Sep 8
and Dec 19 - Jan 08

- Reservation subject to availability and confirmation

Late check out until 18.00 is additional charge of 50% from 1 night
room rate and subect to availability.
