How to make a reservation ?
o Kindly fill in the reservation form available on each hotel or
services.
o Try to describe us your special request on the "description"
box available on the form.
o Please try to recheck your email address before submitting your
request.
How long does it take to get the reply
?
o We will reply all your request / reservations as soon as possible
How to pay the hotel reservation ?
o We will need your credit card details after the reservation
is confimed
o Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will be charged
if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation
policy.
o The payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali except for
reservation beyond Bali.
o We do accept cash / travellers cheque / Visa / Master Card.
Payment with credit card will be applied 3% from total amount
for bank fee.
What does it include on the special internet
rates ?
o The internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges.
o Breakfast is included in some hotels (please read carefully).
o Arrival transfer or departure transfer will be provided for room
reservation 05 nights and over.
How to cancel the reservation ?
o Send us e-mail for any cancellation. Please see carefully the
cancellation policy in general term
